El amante is more than a 19th century house, it is a project and a dream come true, where every detail shows the passion with which it has been renovated. This beautiful house consists of 3 exclusive flats: Mascarat, Ifach and Albir.
Its location, on the wall that surrounds the old town and 200m from the sea, where every day hundreds of tourists walk through the door to visit two of the most beautiful viewpoints of the town, makes it unique and special, close to restaurants and nightlife and a few metres from one of the busiest and most visited squares on the coast of Alicante, from where you can see impressive views of the Peñon de Ifach, Mascarat and Sierra Helada.

Mascarat Apartment
Mascarat is an exclusive penthouse loft located in the heart of Altea. Designed for 2 people, it offers a unique combination of Mediterranean luxury and total relaxation. With beautiful views of the bell tower from its private solarium, it harmoniously combines the traditional architecture of Altea with modern decoration.
Ifach Apartment
Ifach, located on the 1st floor of el amante, will invite you to discover the charm of the Mediterranean landscape. Designed to accommodate up to 4 people, it will give you the opportunity to enjoy beautiful sunsets from its magnificent terrace with views of the Peñón de Ifach. With a marked minimalist style, Ifach involves earth tones, wooden elements and whitewashed walls.
Albir Apartment
Albir is an idyllic flat designed for up to 4 people, where you will feel part of the Mediterranean culture from the very first moment. Minimalist and elegant touches, combined with the traditional architecture of Altea, make Albir a unique place full of calm and inspiration.

Apartamentos preciosos que no hay que perderse si se hace una escapada a Altea. Su anfitriona, Natalia, encantadora y pendiente de que la estancia sea inmejorable. Los apartamentos maravillosos, decorados con un estilo mediterraneo precioso, que no les falta ningún lujo de detalle y con una limpieza impecable. Además tienen una ubicación privilegiada en pleno casco histórico del municipio y unas vistas al mar con unas puestas de sol y amaneceres que te dejan sin palabras. En resumen, TODO PERFECTO!

Apartamentos precioso en el corazón de Altea con unas vistas espectaculares al mar. Equipado con todo lo necesario y más y cuidado hasta el mínimo detalle. La atención de Natàlia inmejorable, además tuvimos un problema de salud en el último momento y nos guardó la reserva para otra fecha poniendonos todas las facilidades. Muchas gracias por todo! Genial la estancia en El Amante suites. Estuvimos en familia un fin de semana. El apartamento limpio además de elegante y precioso. No le falta detalle. Natalia la dueña super atenta en todo momento. El sitio céntrico y con unas vistas excepcionales. Para repetir.
